Evelyn Rubio
Evelyn joined RE/MAX OTB Team 2000 in September 2002 as the Team’s Transaction Coordinator. She comes from a background of sales and customer relations; she assisted customers with their Federal Student Loan issues and guided them through resolving their debt in a time where their financial situation did now allow them to pay in full. By helping them overcome tough times, it has given her the expertise in public relations that is needed to handle people as human beings and gives for an easy transition to guide clients through such a strenuous and exciting part of life that a real estate sale or purchase can be. Evelyn is also a true believer in continuing education as she continues her personal education taking psychology, business, Real Estate related courses when time allows. She believes in always keeping the mind busy and is open to new ideas and information.
Entering the real estate market during the time where real estate sales were high and on the rise, it has given Evelyn the experience and knowledge on how to manage a high volume of escrows along with their respective clients. Once an offer is accepted, Evelyn becomes the main liaison between the buyers, sellers, agents, Escrow Company, Mortgage brokers and any and all parties involved during the sale. She makes sure every aspect of the transaction is covered the right way and in a timely fashion to ensure a smooth and successful close of escrow- which in turn makes our client’s sale or purchase experience with us as easy going as can be. Given her position, she has achieved an extensive amount of knowledge of the purchase agreement, mandatory and related documents, DRE and broker requirements for each kind of transaction, which serves to protect our clients and agents. Along with that position, during the time with team 2000 she was also given the office manager position, and although our team was “a small company within the company”, she made sure all her agents were on track with current DRE and office requirements and that every intricate part of the office was always up and running.
With the amount of real estate knowledge she was able to acquire, it has given her the opportunity to move to a higher level of service which she wishes to share with her own clientele. By joining the team, Evelyn has made a commitment to give her clients the highest level of attention in order to achieve their real estate goals, whether it be selling or buying a home. Being a people’s person, a go getter, highly respectful and creative person, she knows she can provide clients with the best service which she knows each and every individual deserves.
Hanaa Oueini
Hanaa started with REMAX TEAM in May 2004, Bringing with her 18 years of vast banking experience that included, managing 12 branch managers & branches in the San Fernando Valley. She is very active in the Porter Ranch Neighborhood Council & other endeavors. With a smooth transition in the Real Estate Market, she has successfully worked with both buyers & sellers, working very closely with Moe Abourched Co-Founder MSM Luxury Estates.
Hanaa is a great people person, with excellent communication & negotiating skills in order to give her clients 100% satisfaction & individual attention. She understands what her clients are looking for & strives to achieve the very best.
